• Rental Shipping Terms: Customers are responsible for entering correct information on all orders. Customers will be responsible for shipping fees for replacement items if the customer inputs incorrect data on orders. Extra shipping fees may apply due to location and zip code. Outfits will be shipped early and a valid signature is required upon delivery. Please have delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for the package. Please return via a prepaid, traceable method to the address shown on your invoice. Outfits are generally shipped 10 days early and are due back after 7 business days of your event. Late fees will apply if rental outfits are not returned in a timely fashion. If you are having a problem returning the outfit(s), please contact us.

  *rental outfits and rental items can only be shipped inside the U.S.A. and, or to U.S. Territories, or APO, FPO addresses.




• Shipping & Delivery

• At this time, The Scotland Yard Store Ltd ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, The Scotland Yard Store Ltd ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to all other international locations. The Scotland Yard Store will determine which International locations shipments will be allowed. The customer is responsible for all extra shipping and customs fees. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

•  International Orders: We can ship most of our products to most countries, but there are some restrictions. Please contact us for specifics.

We will happily accept returns for exchange, credit, or a full refund (not including shipping). Sorry, but we cannot accept returns on clearance or special order merchandise. Please allow 30 days for refunds to be processed.

  Exchange Policy:  Defective items and other non custom order items in new condition may be exchanged within 30 days of the date you receive the item(s).  Please include your Name, invoice number and a note for reason you wish to exchange the item(s).  Shipping charges to and from apply.
